Otome Pass(Otome-toge), located on the border of Kanagawa and Shizuoka Prefectures, is known as one of the "3 best spots to view Mt. Fuji." If you want a quick view, get off at Otome-toge bus stop, and walk to Otome no Kane (Otome Bell), located at the back of the restaurant Fujimi-chaya. It is a 10 minute walk to the bell, and you will be able to enjoy the grand view. Those who want to enjoy trekking should get off at Otome-guchi bus stop. It is a 40 minute trek to Otome-toge Observatory. Keep on hiking for another hour, and you will reach Kintokiyama, which offers a superb view. Be sure to bring your trekking equipment, and make sure your schedule is not too tight so that you can enjoy hiking at your own pace.

Route 1: From Hakone-Yumoto Station (OH51), the ride to Gora Station (OH57) takes about 40 minutes on the Hakone Tozan Railway. Switch to Hakone Tozan Bus bound for Gotenba Premium Outlet (Routes G and M). It is a 20 minute ride to Otome-toge bus stop (552)
Route 2: From Gotenba Eki bus stop (571), take the Hakone Tozan Bus bound for Tenyu (Routes G and W). It is a 15 minute ride to Otome-toge bus stop (552)
Route 3: From Hakone-Yumoto Station (OH51), take the Hakone Tozan Bus bound for Togendai (Route T), get off at Sengoku Annaijo Mae bus stop (247), and switch to another Hakone Tozan Bus (Routes G and W). It is a 7 minute ride to Otome-toge bus stop (552), and the fare is 280 yen
