Ticket vending machines, Ticket Counter,

Cable Car and Tozan Railway tickets, Odakyu “Romancecar” limited express tickets from Hakone-Yumoto, and the Hakone Freepass can be purchased. The temporary luggage drop-off is available here too.
Shake & Dog (cafe)

Cafe reopened after renewal on July 23, 2020. The menu includes hotdogs, milkshakes, soft serve ice creams, etc., which can had takeout or enjoyed in the eat-in corner. Tourists often stop for a break before restarting their sightseeing.

Hakone Tozan Famous Product (“Shiki-no-irodori”) (souvenirs)

This store has a charm with the quietly running Gora hot spring ‘teyu’ (spring where you can dip your hand). There are also many seasonal products and Hakone Tozan Railway Original products available. Leisurely do some shopping in between sightseeing.
