    The Odakyu Line and Hakone Tozan Line ticket gates are shared, located on the 3rd floor of the station.

    Odakyu Line/Hakone Tozan Line tickets and Odakyu “Romancecar” limited express tickets can be purchased next to the ticket gate.

  2. Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center Odawara
    (For visitors to Japan)

    8:30～18:00 All year round
    Located opposite the Odakyu Line/Hakone Tozan Line ticket gate. Offering tickets such as Odakyu “Romancecar” limited express
    tickets, Hakone Freepass, etc., it also gives out Hakone transport information, tourist information, etc. for visitors to Japan. Guidance is available in English, Chinese and Korean.

  3. Taxi rank (East Exit)

    The taxi rank is located on the East Exit rotary.

  4. Hakone Tozan Bus Odawara Ekimae Information Center

    Weekdays 10:00~12:45/13:45~18:25
    Weekends/Holidays 9:00~12:45/13:45~18:25

  5. JR Tokaido Line ticket gate

    The JR Tokaido Line ticket gate is on the 3rd floor of the station.

  6. Daiyuzan Line ticket gate

    The Daiyuzan Line ticket gate is at the East Exit on the 2nd floor.

  7. JR Tokaido Shinkansen ticket gate

    The JR Tokaido Shinkansen ticket gate is at the West Exit on the 1st floor.
