This is a shop which specializes in Hakone Rusk, a popular regional souvenir. The snack, made from carefully-selected wheat, has many fans due to its crispy texture and fragrance. It comes in various flavors such as plain, maple and matcha chocolate. The type of wheat is changed to best suit each flavor. The Honey Cheese Tart is another popular product. Many visitors buy two; one for a souvenir, and one to treat themselves. The main store is located in Sengokuhara in Hakone.
