Itoh Dining by Nobu

Though Gora is a popular spot in Hakone, Itoh Dining by Nobu is a secluded restaurant located away from the bustling sightseeing areas. The restaurant serves carefully selected ingredients, such as fresh seafood from Sagami Bay and vegetables from Hakone. Their most popular dish is the special A5 rank Wagyu steak course dinner. Itoh Dining by Nobu is a collaboration between Mr. Matsuhisa Nobuyuki, owner of the global Nobu Restaurants, and the owner-chef of Itoh Dining, Mr. Itoh, located in the Hakone forest. The restaurant is also open at lunchtime.
