This coffee shop roasts coffee beans only after you have ordered, allowing you to drink freshly-roasted coffee. As soon as you place your order, the aroma of coffee beans being roasted wafts throughout the store. You might notice how freshly roasted coffee smells like citrus fruit with its refreshing scent.
