This is a well-established sushi restaurant that was founded in 1963. It mainly serves fresh fish caught at Sagami Bay. The ganso aji-don, a bowl of rice topped with aji (Japanese horse mackerel) cut into strips, is popular. This dish was inspired by the eating habits of fishermen. The fresh aji is marinated in a delicious sauce, made from an original recipe. Other recommended dishes are Miyafuji Gozen meal, consisting of tuna and takuan (pickled radish) hand-rolled sushi, as well as the chef's daily sushi special. Don’t miss Sushi Miyafuji's dishes, made with the freshest fish caught and delivered directly from the Odawara Fishing Harbor.
