Odakyu Hotel de Yama was once the villa of Baron Koyata Iwasaki (1879-1945), the fourth president of the Mitsubishi Group. Japanese Restaurant Tsutsuji no Chaya was named after the teahouse that Baron Iwasaki built on this land. You can enjoy Japanese kaiseki cuisine while enjoying an unobstructed view of Lake Ashi as it extends towards the base of Mt. Hakone. Kaiseki cuisine is a traditional cuisine made with seasonal ingredients that is also a feast for the eyes. Experience the hospitality of the head chef in a calm atmosphere unique to that of a classical Hakone hotel resort.
