On arrival at Hakone-Yumoto Station, the Hakone Tozan Train is immediately visible on its platform. This train takes passengers up Hakone's steep hills.
Enjoy the passing scenery, or feel the sharp curves and steep inclines as the train climbs. If you ride in the front or rear car, you can get a good view of the difference in elevation between the flat switchbacks. The slope's steep gradient will take your breath away. |
