A kiosk on the platform sells souvenirs and packed lunches. Please drop by.

Platform escalator and stairs (to the ticket gate on 2F)
Take the stairs or escalator from the platform to the ticket gate on 2F. A platform elevator is also available.

Take the elevator from the platform to the ticket gate on 2F.
From the platform, you can find it on the way up to the ticket gate on 2F. There is a total of 51 lockers, 15 standard-size (300 yen), 9 mid-size (400 yen), and 27 keyless lockers for PASMO cards (300 yen).
Hakone Baggage Service (8:30 - 19:00)
You can check your baggage in at the station and enjoy your trip unencumbered. Your baggage will be carried to the inn where you have reservations.

Ticket gate (2F)
The ticket gate is on the second level (2F). If necessary, use one of the ticket-adjustment machines to recharge your PASMO card or adjust your ticket fee.
Baggage storage desk (2F)
The storage fee is 360 yen for small-sized luggage and 510 yen for large-sized. You can leave your luggage here if you have time to sightsee or shop for souvenirs before boarding your train.

Use this automatic ticket machine to purchase tickets for the Odakyu Line, Hakone Tozan train, or Hakone free pass.

Hakone Tozan Bus Information Center (2F) (8:30 - 16:30)
Purchase tickets before boarding the Tozan (mountain) bus.
Purchase advance tickets for tours and sightseeing attractions.
Daily information on accommodations (Odakyu Travel) (2F) (9:00 - 17:30)
This office will help you find lodgings on the same day without advance reservations.

Reserve or purchase express tickets for Odakyu Romancecar and other trains on the Odakyu Line.
Hakone-no-ichi (souvenirs) (2F) (8:30 - 21:00)
A souvenir shop with an abundant selection of Hakone souvenirs. Locating to the left of the ticket gate.

Hakone Café (2F) (8:00 - 19:00)
A café next to the ticket gate serves light meals (64 seats, no smoking only).

Hakone Café Sweets (9:00 - 18:00)
A sweets shop in the ticket-gate yard. The Hakone Roll and Hakone Pudding make excellent souvenirs.
Yokohama Bank ATM (2F)
An ATM is available near the front gate.
Exit area (from 2F to 1F)
Go down to the first floor (street level) by the staircase, escalator, or elevator at the front gate.
Near the front exit. There are 60 standard-size lockers (300 yen), 12 mid-size lockers (400 yen), 6 large-size lockers (600 yen).
At Hakone Tozan Hire we await your visit.
Our service is recommended for group tours or when you are in a hurry. Our tour/drive service vehicles are available from the taxi stand located at gate leading to busses bound for Hakone through deck passageway.
Free Shuttle Bus Stop - Hakone Yuryo, and others
The free shuttle bus is convenient for people going to Hakone Yuryo, Hakone Kitahara Toys Wonderland, and Forest Adventure Hakone from here.
To Hakone area Bus Gate and East Gate
*The underground passageway is no longer in service (as of Tuesday, August 18).
You will find the pedestrian deck crossing Route 1 next to the 2nd floor ticket gate. Use the pedestrian deck for convenient transfer to the Hakone Tozan Bus.
To Hakone area Bus Gate (bus stop and taxi stand).
(Bound for Miyanoshita / Kowakidani / Moto-Hakone / Hakone-machi and Sengoku / Togendai)
Cross the pedestrian deck to the bus stop across from the station. An elevator and escalator are also provided for your convenience (up only).
To East Gate
The East Gate is immediately down the staircase
on the left side of the transverse pedestrian deck.
To Onsengai Gate
Go through the roofed transversal deck to cross the road with ease. There is also an elevator available.
Turn left after exiting the ticket gate, then go to the right through the deck passageway, and you will see the Onsengai Gate.
The deck leading to Onsengai Gate is convenient when the road is congested. There are also elevators installed at both the north and south sides for your convenience.

Come here to collect general sightseeing information on Hakone. The information is provided in English, Chinese, and Hangul.

In the Hakone Tourism and Ryokan Association office.
There are 95, and they cost 300 yen. Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

There are coin-lockers on 1F of Hakone-Yumoto station, in the taxi drop-off area (take elevator near 2F exit, go down to 1F, and they will be next to you when you get off the elevator).
