About Hakone Luggage Transport Service

From Hakone-Yumoto Station to hotels in the Hakone area, and from Hakone area hotels to Hakone-Yumoto Station.
Drop off your luggage at the Hakone Luggage Transport Service counter inside Hakone-Yumoto Station, and we’ll deliver it to your hotel. This is a service for those who want to fully enjoy Hakone without carrying their bags.
In addition to same-day reception, online reservations are available via smartphone with credit card payment.

＜Important Notes＞

  • Processing at the Hakone Luggage Transport Service counter may take time.
  • Delivery is limited to facilities partnered with our company.
  • Items exceeding 2m in total of length, width, and height, or weighing over 30kg cannot be accepted.
  • We cannot take receipt of valuables; precision equipment; portable chargers; fragile items, full-size umbrellas; strollers; unpackaged bottles, cans, or plastic bottles; multiple items packed together into single cardboard boxes or large bags; or any other items we determine will be difficult to handle.
  • We cannot provide compensation for data loss or damage to computers, tablets, or similar devices.
  • In early January, this service may be unavailable at some accommodations due to traffic congestion on roads around Lake Ashi. In addition, we may not be able to receive deliveries due to weather conditions such as typhoons or snow.
  • The luggage transport service from accommodations in the Hakone area to Hakone-Yumoto Station can only be arranged through your accommodation. Online reservations are not available. Please arrange to use the service at the front desk of your accommodation by 10:00 a.m. on the day of use.
  • Same day advance online reservations must be completed by 11:30 a.m. Please check your luggage in at the service counter by 12:00 p.m.

How to Reserve

Select “New registration”

Enter “Customer Information,” confirm luggage size, and select “Quantity.”

Review the details and proceed to purchase.

Select the payment method, enter your credit card information, and tap the confirmation button to complete payment.

Reservation is now complete. On the day of service, please come to the “Online Reservation” reception window at Hakone-Yumoto Station.



How to Reserve on the Same Day

Select “Confirm your shipping request” on the TOP page.

Enter your “Email address” and the “Shipping reservation number” from the email that was sent after payment.

Present the displayed barcode at the “Online Reservation” reception window inside Hakone-Yumoto Station’s ticket gates.
