Hakone Kowaki-en Yunessun consists of two separate areas: the swimsuit area, and the Mori no Yu, or the onsen area where the customers enter the water naked. Mori no Yu is the best choice for those who crave a relaxing time at an onsen. One of the ways to enjoy your free time to the fullest is soaking in the open-air bath (rotenburo) while gazing at the surrounding mountains of Hakone. Visiting the ladies-only hinoki cypress bath is definitely a must. You’ll be surprised how soothing the aroma of the natural wood is. If you’re visiting with a partner or bringing a whole family with you, a reservable, private bath could be a perfect choice for you. You can also try out the indoor bath or sauna, and many other types of baths that are all part of this comforting zone.
