We will:

• 1. Comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and any other applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the like;
• 2. Set up internal rules, procedures and the like to handle personal information, establish a system to properly manage the information, and adhere to the said rules and system;
• 3. Provide each of our employees and others with training on an ongoing and regular basis for the protection of personal information;
• 4. Specify the purpose of use before collecting personal information, and collect the information only to the extent necessary to achieve the specified purpose;
• 5. Use personal information within the scope of the purpose of use specified in advance; obtain the consent of the owner prior to providing personal information to a third party; and comply with applicable laws, regulations and the like when personal information is entrusted or shared by the Odakyu Hakone Group companies;
• 6. With regard to managing personal information, ensure the accuracy and currentness of personal information, and take appropriate preventive and security measures against unauthorized access and the like in order to prevent any loss, damage, alteration, divulgation or the like;
• 7. Prior to the provision or entrustment of personal information, be careful to select the recipient to which the information will be provided or entrusted, and to supervise the selected recipient to ensure that they properly manage the information;
• 8. To the extent reasonable and necessary, promptly respond to any request for disclosure, correction, cease of use, removal or the like of personal information held by us; and
• 9. Review and improve, on an ongoing basis, the internal rules, procedures and the like for handling personal information and the system for properly managing the information.
