Getting on and off
How do I use the ticket gate?
At Gora Station and Sounzan Station please use the ticket gate staffed by a station attendant. Unstaffed stations along the way have no ticket gate, so please wait for the cable car on the platform.

How do I pay for fare adjustment?
Please pay the fare adjustment at the ticket gate staffed by a station attendant. In the case of unstaffed stations, pay the fare adjustment to the conductor at the front of the car before arrival or when getting off.
What should I do to get on or off at an unstaffed station?
There are no ticket vending machines at unstaffed stations, so when boarding please take a boarding ticket from the boarding ticket dispenser at the station entrance and buy a cable car ticket from the conductor in the front car before getting off. At stations along the way (unstaffed stations), the doors open on both sides so get off after confirming which side the facility you want to visit is located on. At Naka-Gora Station and Kami-Gora Station there is no passageway for crossing the track, so please make sure the way is clear before you cross. If you wish to cross the track while a car is waiting at the station, you may cross through the car.
