You can board the Hakone Sightseeing Cruise ship from Togendai Port, Moto-Hakone Port or Hakone-machi Port.

Is it possible to go all around Lake Ashi?
Yes. Making a round trip on the scheduled routes of the Hakone Sightseeing Cruise departing from each port will take you all around the lake.
What are the hours of operation?
In season (March 20 to November 23), the last departures are 16:20 from Hakone-machi Port, 16:30 from Moto-Hakone Port, and 17:00 from Togendai Port. Between July 26 and August 25, however, the last departures are 17:00 from Hakone-machi Port, 16:50 from Moto-Hakone Port, and 17:30 from Togendai Port.
During the off-season (November 24 to March 19), the last departures are 15:20 from Hakone-machi Port, 15:30 from Moto-Hakone Port, and 16:00 from Togendai Port. Between March 1 and 19, however, the last departures are 16:00 from Hakone-machi Port, 15:50 from Moto-Hakone Port, and 16:30 from Togendai Port.

There are no reserved seats. The ship has first and second class cabins. Passengers using the Hakone Freepass may ride only in second class, but if desired, may purchase a ticket for first class on board the ship.

Is smoking allowed aboard the ship?
Sorry, no smoking is allowed anywhere on the ship.
What about eating or drinking on board?
Eating and drinking on board are allowed. Some seats in the 1st class cabin have tables available.
Are there any shops on the ship?
Yes, there is a shop selling beverages, snacks and souvenirs.
Does the ship have restroom facilities?
Yes. Please ask a member of the crew for directions, if necessary.
